In a life drawing session you experience the anxiety, the risk, the vitality of working “live” and, in the act, you trigger a much wider range of possibilities and choices than working from photographs. 

I think that the need I have to draw the human figure and to learn how to portray it, is perhaps a desire to get closer to the other and the drawing gives me that possibility.
